CCLT uses the ABC’s of Homebuying curriculum developed by the Oregon Homeownership Association for use by non-profit housing organizations throughout the state. This daylong workshop is led by experts from the housing industry. A mortgage lender, a real estate agent, an insurance agent, a home inspector and a title officer are invited to talk about their role in the home buying process, programs that may assist you in purchasing a home, how to choose someone from their profession and to answer your questions. The fee for the workshop, $30 for one person or $35 for two people, covers the cost of all materials. Register for a Workshop |
